I had to dealt with this dealership for past ten years, you think they might changed a bit for god’s sake then you were wrong. They will send you several emails about survey after the service and have audacity ask you for the good review but when you really need help with Service department, they will not take responsibilities and provide the help you needed. Overall, terrible service. Whatever the garbage text system they have is useless, receptionists ARE horrible. Bunch of greedy dirty pigs who just want to ripped you off, not only fixing the problem with the car, mechanics create more issues for you so you have to go back again and again spend thousands dollar on labour cost. They will blame on anything, the weather being cold for messing up your car battery. Scammers be aware. Don’t even think there’s any good “service advisor”in this dealership, they all shady & have attitude like money hungry monkeys.

Had an amazing experience at Land Rover Richmond. I did spend 9 hours at the dealership which is the most ive ever spent but it was well worth it and the team here was nothing short of amazing and helpful. Ahsan was great, Henry was great, Jordan was great and they made the whole experience very relaxing and easy. Great job and thank you.
I test drove a car at this dealership that was listed far above market value, loved the car, offered a price that was rejected. I’m patient and waited until the price fell lower than my original offer and contacted them to work out the details. They refused to accept my offer (at the posted asking price) unless I financed AND traded in a vehicle. Shady, shady business practice. There was a day when the listed price was the price of something. This dealership wants their kickbacks from the bank. I would avoid dealing with these guys at all cost. Read the other reviewers comments. The reviews are very unflattering. Stay away from this st-dealership.
All the services I received here were really satisfactory. In particular, I was so grateful that Sean advisor took care of me carefully from the beginning to the end. Not only that, but all the other staff were so kind and I felt at ease while receiving the service. They were honest, so I could trust them. I really appreciate them. And the discovery vehicle that was provided during the service period was incredible! I want others to experience this too.
